DIY Website Creation
3.1. Our services allow you to create websites without drag and drop functionality. Instead, we provide alternative tools and methods to facilitate the website creation process.
3.2. You understand and agree that the website creation process may require technical skills and knowledge. While we strive to provide user-friendly tools and resources, it is your responsibility to familiarize yourself with the instructions, tutorials, and guidelines provided by eSytes to ensure successful website creation.
3.3. You are solely responsible for the content and design of your website, including text, images, graphics, and multimedia elements. eSytes does not assume any liability for the accuracy, legality, or appropriateness of the content created by users through our services.
3.4. You agree not to use our services to create websites that violate any laws or regulations, infringe intellectual property rights, contain offensive or harmful content, or engage in any illegal activities. eSytes reserves the right to remove or disable any content that violates these terms.
Intellectual Property
4.1. All intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, and patents, associated with eSytes services and products, belong to eSytes or its licensors. These rights are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Entire Agreement
12.1. These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and eSytes regarding the use of our services, superseding any prior agreements or understandings.
12.2. Any failure by eSytes to enforce any provision of these Terms and Conditions shall not be deemed a waiver of such provision or the right to enforce it in the future.
